European Championships Day One
Posted On:  23/10/2012 21:05:45

38 seniors, youths and masters representing 11 countries, including the USA and Argentina, are competing at Club Nautico Mar Menor Los Alcazares for European titles alongside the Techno European Championships.

The wind was late arriving but, when it did finally put in an appearance after lunch, two very good races were run in 8 to 10 knots for all fleets.

40 year old Master, Joao Rodrigues (POR 75) heads the leaderboard with two wins. Max Wojcik (POL 7) is second overall and Ivan Pastor (ESP 7) is third overall.  First Youth is currently 18-year-old Daniel Blinnikka (FIN 5).
