The date of the 2012 Annual General Meeting has been set for Wednesday 15th August, during the Youth /Masters Worlds in Medemblik, Netherlands.

Please note the following schedule:

- deadline of 20th July to submit proposals to be added to the Agenda;
- no later than 30th July publication of the full Agenda, including proposals to be voted upon.

There are no elections this year.
